Check your junk spam/folder or spam filter provider. To stop spam/junk filtering you can add race-world.com to your address book contacts or spam filter white list.

How do you find what you are looking for?

You can search using the 'Search Field' by keywords, make and model or click the main headings on the Product Range list.

Where can I find more information on products?

Where possible we try to include as much information as possible. You can refer to the manufacturers web site for more detailed information.

How often is the product availability updated?

The availability is updated every minute. and therefore we do not expect any more stock. If there is a problem and the number of orders exceeds the actual stock level, you will be notified by email. We will either suggest an alternative or your payment would be refunded and order cancelled.

What happens if the price changes after I've placed my order?

Once you have received your order conformation email, we cannot change the price of the product. However we endeavour to ensure our prices are amazing and offer the lowest internet prices.

What happens if I find a cheaper price for the same product else where?

Use the 'Contact Us' form and let us know. If we can we'll lower the price and let you know. Remember our prices include free next day delivery to Mainland UK. See 'Delivery' page for more details.

How do I place my order?

Either choose to pay on-line or print off your order and send by fax 0845 644 7003 for free, including your payment details. You can also place your order by telephone 0845 644 7002.

What do I do if my card has been declined?

Contact your card issuer and check your card is valid, confirm your statement address. We only ship to the card holders address for your added security. Have you recently moved and not updated your address details? You must wait 1 hour before submitting the same card again.

How secure are my card details?

We use a secure payment method called SSL. This is one of the most secure payment methods on the internet. All your personal details you enter on our site are encrypted before they are sent for processing. However if you're still unsure, you can choose a payment method 'Send Card Details Separately' and print off your order and fax your details for free or call us by telephone.

Can I change my delivery address?

We only deliver to the card holder's statement address for security reasons. However we will be offering an alternative delivery address to customers who have placed more than 3 orders in the near future.

How can I get a copy invoice?

Send us a message using the 'Contact Us' form. Please provide us with your order confirmation number or order no or despatch no or consignment no. If you do not have either of these references, please provide us with your full name and address and a date of when you placed the order.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Once you have placed your order you cannot add items to it. You'll need to place another order.

Can I track my delivery?

For items shipped by courier, you can track your delivery on-line. You should have received an email with your tracking information. If you've not received your email use the Contact Us form so we can send you a link. Check your junk/spam filter folder/programme first.

Can you alert me on my mobile when my items are despatched?

If you enter your mobile number on the order, we'll automatically send you a text message to confirm your order has been despatched. (Items sent by courier only)

How long will my delivery take?

If you've chosen the standard delivery, for orders placed before 2pm, your items should reach you within 1 working day for deliveries within Mainland UK. See 'Delivery' page for more details. For items shipped by 1st class post, this may take longer.

Do you save my personal details if I order again?

If you tick the box when you enter your personal details, they will be saved on your computer as a cookie, so you don't have to enter them again. For security reasons, we don't save your card details.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by sending us an email using the 'Contact Us' page. If the order has already been despatched, please refuse delivery.

How can I cancel part of my order?

You can cancel part of order by sending us an email using the 'Contact Us' page. If the order has already been despatched, you will need to fill out the Returns Form on the 'Return' page so we can arrange collection. This must be within 7 working days from receipt of delivery.

How will my payment be refunded?

You will be refunded using the same payment method you used to place your order. This is usually within 4 working days from raising a credit for your cancelled order or returned goods. Please allow 15 days for your return to be processed. Some cards defer refunds. Please refer to your card issuer. PayPal refunds will be refunded into your PayPal account and may require you to transfer the funds into your bank account.

What is the warranty on my product?

If I'm not happy with my product, can I return it?

We offer a 7 working day money back guarantee, from receipt of delivery. Use the form on the Returns page to request collection free of charge. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in respect of a product which has been removed from its packaging and/or been used. Do not remove any tags for all clothing items.

What happens if my item is faulty?

You have 30 days from receipt of delivery to request a return. If we have the same item available, you'll be sent a replacement. Use the form on the Returns page to request collection free of charge.

What happens if my item is delivered damaged?

You have 14 days from delivery date to notify us. Use the form on the Returns page to request collection free of charge.

What happens if my item has missing items?

You have 14 days from delivery date to notify us. Use the form on the Returns page and we'll send the items free of charge. If we don't have the items in stock, we'll arrange a collection and refund your payment.

How can I be sure you won't pass on my personal information?

We follow the strict guide lines as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998. Your information will only be passed onto other companies offering like products or services if you have opted in to receiving such information. You can always opt out of receiving such information at any time.
